To return any items, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within three days of receipt of the item. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returned items that are missing parts or damaged will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. All returns must be in the original packaging, original condition, packing slip enclosed in the box and the RMA number must be written on the outside of the box and the packing slip. Returns must be received within 14 days after the RMA number is issued. No returns will be authorized or accepted for electrical components or used products.
